Sharon is an amazing personal trainer . She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is very motivating , and her tailored program is very effective.
Best part of training with Sharon was that I could bring my little boy with me , he loved playing in toy room. And secondly learning how to do every workout step properly , with Sharon correcting and perfecting my technique to achieve maximum benefit. This something I could never get in a gym.

I feel more in control and confident
I have been training with Sharon for several years and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is the ultimate professional and manages to strike the right balance between her professional approach with a friendly non-judgmental manner. When I met Sharon, I had a recurring back injury resulting in chronic pain and a lack of confidence in my own abilities and it took a lot of work from Sharon to get me to trust her and to test myself.

I am building a new lifestyle
Before training with Sharon 5 months ago, trying to lose weight and improve my fitness was a very stressful and daunting task and I was fed up with all of my failed attempts.
Reviewing my food diary with Sharon has helped me to improve my choices. I never feel judged and I am encouraged not to be too strict with myself, as this is my new routine and not just a quick fix, with my target weight as the destination.
Working with Sharon, exercise is not overwhelming, and even outside of our weekly one-to-one sessions, she is available if I have doubts about my programme or if I feel like I am falling out of my routine.
With her by my side, I am now on a journey and have learnt to relax more and have patience. With her help, I am building a new lifestyle. Thanks Sharon!
Her support is second-to-none
Before starting personal training with Sharon, I was attending her bootcamp sessions on a Saturday morning. Although I could see results, I felt that I would benefit from extra support, hence the reason for pursuing personal training with her.
As a client of Sharon’s over the course of my training with her, I lost 16kg, gained 3.2% muscle, lost over 8% body fat and overall felt the fittest I had been for years. Prior to this, I had joined gyms only to give up and lose motivation. Without my one-on-one sessions, I would not have had the get-up-and-go and have been in the right mind frame to achieve the results I got.
However, what makes Sharon really stand out from others in her industry is the personal aspect and attention you get from her. If you have a bad couple of weeks and are moving away from your goal, she helps you not be demoralised, she finds out the reason why and more importantly how to move on from it.
Sharon is more than just a personal trainer who will work out with you for an hour a week – she is SO much more than that. Her support is second-to-none – from looking at food diaries every week to creating personalised training programmes. I’ve recommended her to many of my family and friends and the feedback has been excellent. All have been so pleased to have met and trained with her!

Training with Sharon has been the best investment I have made when it comes to my mind, body and soul. When it came to exercise my self-esteem was low which made me not feel confident about the way I looked. Sharon trained me at my pace taking into consideration my complex health needs that made my movement limited. She gave me small goals to achieve which got me seeing my weight reduce on the scales. Working on my eating habits has made me feel more in control and confident.
My long-term goal was to have the confidence to join a gym and attend classes. I have gone from doing no exercise to training 4-5 times a week and have lost almost 3 stones!
