Not at all. Most of Sharon’s clients hadn’t exercised consistently in years when they first got in touch. Every programme starts from where you are — physically and mentally. There’s no baseline you need to reach before you’re welcome here.
What if I've tried personal training before and it didn't work?
That’s actually one of the most common things Sharon hears. If previous attempts haven’t stuck, it’s usually because they only addressed the physical side. Sharon works with the mindset too — understanding your behaviours and building habits that don’t fall apart when life gets busy.
Is this only for women?
Yes. Mind Body Coaching is a women-only service. That’s deliberate — many of Sharon’s clients tell her that training in a private, women-only environment made them feel comfortable enough to show up consistently for the first time.
What does a session look like?
Every session is tailored to you. There’s no fixed class or template — Sharon designs your programme around your goals, your body, and your starting point. You’ll always know what you’re doing and why.
What if I have injuries or health conditions?
Sharon has 20+ years of experience working with women managing injuries, joint issues, and health conditions. Your programme will be adapted so you can train confidently and make progress without risk.
How much does personal training cost?
1-2-1 sessions start from £35 per hour. Online coaching packages start from £45 per month. The best way to find out what’s right for your goals and budget is to book a free consultation — Sharon will walk you through everything with no pressure.
