What equipment do I need?
Sharon builds your programme around whatever you have access to — whether that’s a fully equipped gym, a set of dumbbells at home, or minimal kit. You don’t need to buy anything before you start.
How do the weekly check-ins work?
Check-ins are conducted online via the app or video call, depending on your package. Sharon reviews your progress, answers questions, and adjusts your plan. They’re a regular moment to take stock and keep moving forward.
What is the psychometric assessment?
Before your programme begins, Sharon uses a validated psychometric test to assess how psychologically ready you are to make behavioural changes. It helps her understand what kind of support you need and where your habits are most likely to break down — so she can build a programme that accounts for that from the start.
