Together we will establish your specific goals and set realistic targets to achieve them. I will also work with you to identify barriers and find solutions to overcome them. Before starting your journey, I will use psychometric testing to establish how psychologically ready you are to lose weight and make changes. Using body composition scales I will establish your starting point and monitor it in each session. Each block you will receive a personalised exercise program. On your journey we will monitor your food diary to establish what is working and what needs to be improved to make gradual lasting change.
