WORKOUT PLANS

Are you bored with your current workouts or not getting the results that you would like?

My personalised workout plans, tailored to your needs, will help.

Option 1 - Your plan will be designed via a one hour one to one zoom or face to face session. This will include a needs analysis and goal setting to explore your availability, equipment, likes/dislikes and more. If face to face I will weigh you using body composition scales to establish your starting point and monitor it each month when you update your program.
My workout plans are in pdf format with images and will be emailed upon completion.

Option 2 - Your workout plan will be designed and provided via my Mind Body Coaching App, which will include videos of the exercises. You will be able to check in when you have completed the workout so I will be able to track your consistency. You can also take video of yourself performing the exercsies and submit them via the app so I can check your form.
